Return Policy

Exchange or Store Credit only within 7 days of original purchase. Must have original receipt and all tags must be on item Item must be unworn. No exchange or refund on jewelry, underwear, socks and skin care products. All Clearance and/or Sale items are Final Sale and are not subject to exchange or Store Credit. Store Credit must be used within 30 days and can be used instore or online.

Shipping 

Standard shipping within Canada is currently available. Once an order is placed please allow 5-7 business days from date of ship. All of our orders will come with a confirmation tracking number which will allow you to track your order. We are currently not offering any shipping outside of Canada. 

Local Pick-Up

FREE Local Pick-up will be available at our location. Local Pick-up times include Monday to Friday 10AM-6PM and Saturday 10AM-5PM. Please indicate during check-out with the time you will be picking up your purchase. FREE Local Delivery is also available (within Sudbury area, minimum purchase of $450). Please allow 2-3 business days to process each order and will be sent a confirmation of delivery. 

Due to high volumes of orders please allow 2-3 business days for processing an order. We are working as best we can to ensure all orders are being shipped out accordingly and within good time.  

Please also take time to read confirmation e-mails of your purchase. These e-mails will include TRACK MY ORDER through Canada Post. If a package does not reach its destination and is sent back to us, the customer will be held responsible for any return and original shipping charges.
